Today's SBQ is: Do you stitch "over one?" If so, describe your experiences. If not,have you considered it?

I have stitched "over one" when a pattern called for it, not deliberately. I have considered it. One of my friends, Orrell, likes to stitch over one. She pretty much stitches everything over one. It is so beautiful and delicate, that it tempts me, but it just seems like it's too much effort, so I haven't brought myself to stitch over one.
